FAQ

Common questions

What is split-phase and why does it matter?

Split-phase 120/240 V is the standard North American service: 120 V for outlets and lighting, 240 V for dryers, water heaters, EV chargers, and central AC. A single-phase 230 V model cannot deliver that.

Does it work off-grid or grid-tied?

Both. Off-grid models suit sites with no utility supply; hybrid models run grid-tied for self-consumption and keep a backup output live.

Which batteries can it pair with?

Low-voltage packs, model dependent. Send the battery datasheet and BMS protocol and we confirm the pairing before quotation.

Project support

Need a configured battery storage solution?

Send your application, location, load profile, and target capacity. We will recommend a suitable Ruibit / Dawnice system and confirm sizing assumptions with you.

Quotation target: 24 working hours for a complete brief. Datasheet and certificate package supplied per configuration.
