1. Who is responsible for your data

Jiangxi Ruibit Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“Ruibit Power”, “we”) is the controller for the personal data described in this notice. We decide why and how that data is processed.

  • Postal address: No. 106 Guangxin Avenue, Xinzhou District, Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province, China 334000
  • Email: [email protected]
  • Telephone: +86 189 7035 0893

We have not appointed a data protection officer, because our processing does not meet the thresholds in Article 37. Privacy questions and requests go to the email address above and are handled by the person responsible for commercial operations.

2. What we collect

When you send an enquiry. The form on our contact page asks for your name, work email address, company, country, application type, target power in kW, target energy in kWh, required backup duration, and a free-text message. Fields marked as required must be completed for us to answer; everything else is optional. The form is submitted to, and stored by, our hosting provider on our behalf.

When you simply browse. Our hosting provider records standard server log data for every request: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, and a timestamp. This is used for security, capacity planning, and diagnosing faults. We do not build profiles from it and we do not combine it with enquiry data.

What we do not collect. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, no advertising, and no session recording. There are no tracking pixels and no embedded players that load before you click. See section 7.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To keep records of quotations, orders, and warranty claims — Article 6(1)(b), and Article 6(1)(c) where accounting or tax law requires us to retain documents.
  • To keep the website available and secure — Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in protecting the site against abuse and in diagnosing faults. We keep this to what is necessary for that purpose.
  • To send you commercial email — only with your prior consent under Article 6(1)(a), which you give separately and can withdraw at any time. A quotation in response to your enquiry is not marketing and does not depend on consent.

4. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not lead to an order — 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted.
  • Records relating to an order — for as long as the contract and warranty run, and afterwards for the period required by the accounting and tax law that applies to us.
  • Server logs — 12 months.

Where we keep data because a law requires it, we restrict access to that data to the purpose the law demands and stop using it for anything else.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

  • Netlify, Inc. — website hosting and form handling. Netlify stores form submissions on our behalf and processes them under a data processing agreement.
  • Our email provider — to receive and answer enquiries.
  • Yichun Dawnice Manufacture & Trade Co., Ltd — our manufacturing partner. Where an enquiry needs factory input on configuration, certification, lead time, or price, we pass the technical and commercial details needed to answer it. We do not pass data that is not needed for that purpose, and the partner is bound to use it only for the enquiry.
  • Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

We are established in China and our hosting and email providers process data in the United States. Where personal data of a person in the EEA is transferred outside it, the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in the provider's data processing agreement, together with the technical and organisational measures described in section 9. You can ask us for a copy of the relevant safeguards using the contact details in section 1.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics package, no advertising tag, no tag manager, and no social media pixel on any page.

  • The WhatsApp button and the social media icons in the footer are ordinary links. Nothing loads from those services, and no cookie is set, until you click one and leave this site.
  • Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are served from this domain. No third-party content is embedded in our pages.
  • The contact form is submitted directly to our hosting provider. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser.

If you choose a cookie preference through the settings link in our footer, that choice is stored in your own browser's local storage so we do not ask again. It is not transmitted to us and it is not used to identify you. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings, and the link in the footer lets you change it.

If we introduce analytics or any other non-essential technology in future, we will ask for your consent first and will not load it before you give that consent. This notice will be updated before that happens.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • be informed about how your data is used — this notice does that;
  • obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased where we no longer have a lawful reason to keep it;
  • restrict how we use it while a question about accuracy or lawfulness is open;
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller;
  • withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We answer within one month; if the request is complex we may extend that by two further months and will tell you why. We may ask for information to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EU member state where you live, where you work, or where the alleged infringement happened. We would prefer the chance to resolve it with you first.

9. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to answer you. Form submissions are held by our hosting provider in access-controlled systems, and our own copies are kept in accounts protected by multi-factor authentication. We keep the amount of data we collect to what the enquiry actually requires.

10. Children

This site sells industrial and residential energy storage equipment to businesses and professional buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes that affect people we already hold data about are communicated by email where we have an address for them.

12. How to contact us
